Nottingham Forest’s Nigerian striker Taiwo Awoniyi believes qualifying for the UEFA Champions League would be a significant reward for the team.
Despite dropping to sixth place, Forest remains in the running for a top-four spot. Awoniyi emphasized the team’s focus on achieving a top-five finish, stating,

“I think presently nothing but the Champions League… If I were to justify the season and how far we have worked hard, I think making the Champions League would be a huge motivation for us as a team.”
“I broke my nose in the midst of it as well, got knocked out in the semi-final (Nottingham Forest 0-2 Manchester City).

Nottingham Forest welcome a relegated Leicester City team battling poor form to the City Ground this weekend.
