Champions League Playoffs: Carlo Ancelotti expresses worry over Man City’s threat ahead of return leg

Real Madrid’s coach Carlo Ancelotti has expressed concerns ahead of Manchester City’s visit in the second leg of the Champions League playoffs.

The Galacticos have a slim lead over Pep Guardiola’s men after the first leg ended 3-2 at the Etihad eight days ago.

Jude Bellingham scored a late winner as the defending champions came from a goal down twice to beat the English champions in front of their home fans.

Even though Real Madrid have a slim advantage over Pep Guardiola’s men, the Italian tactician is not overconfident his side will just overrun the visitors at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night.

Carlo Ancelotti says he would have a word with Pep Guardiola before kick-off citing his team only have a marginal chance of qualifying.

Tomorrow before the game, I’ll ask Pep Guardiola if he really thinks Man City have a 1% chance against us!”. “We don’t think we have a 99% chance. We think we have a small advantage that we have to make the most of”

Real Madrid knocked the blue side of Manchester in the quarter-finals en route to winning the title last summer.
