Denmark international Christian Eriksen has signed a six months contract with Brentford which will keep him at the club until the end of the season.
The former Inter Milan player collapsed seven months ago with a cardiac arrest while representing his national team at the European championship playing against Finland. The match was called off but was played the next day after Eriksen was stabilized in the hospital.
The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has been fitted with a pacemaker and has also been cleared from all medical assessment. He was previously training with Ajax youth team to get back to full fitness.
Eriksen has been confirmed by Brentford and his only waiting for international clearance.
