Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze, has finally arrived Super Eagles camp in Egypt.
The Fulham winger arrived days after his teammates, Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey, joined the rest of the squad in Cairo.
Chukwueze arrived too late to be in Eric Chelle’s squad that faced the Pharaohs of Egypt in a warm-up tie on Tuesday evening at the Cairo International Stadium.
The Super Eagles lost the friendly match 2-1 as they continue preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations.
Meanwhile, Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen and Paris FC forward Moses Simon are not in camp yet.
However, the media officer of the team, Promise Efoghe, says the duo are due to join their teammates shortly.
Among the players in camp are Chidera Ejuke, Raphael Onyedika, Ryan Alebiosu, Salim Fago, Chidozie Awaziem, Usman Muhammed Samuel Chukwueze. Wilfred Ndidi, Bruno Onyemaechi, Cyriel Dessers, and Akor Adams.
Also in camp are goalkeepers Francis Uzoho, Stanley Nwabali, and Amas Obasogie, alongside Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Semi Ajayi, Ademola Lookman, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Igoh Ogbu, Tochukwu Nnadi, Zaidu Sanusi, Paul Onuachu, Frank Onyeka, Calvin Bassey, and Alex Iwobi.
Following the loss to Egypt, the Super Eagles will train at 5 p.m. on Wednesday before travelling to their base camp in FES, Morocco.
