Everton Women rolled out the red carpet for Nigerian international, Toni Payne as she returned to the club following her triumphant campaign at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Payne, a key figure in the Super Falcons’ march to continental glory, was greeted by her teammates, coaching staff, and club officials at Finch Farm with cheers, banners, and congratulatory messages.
The 29-year-old midfielder played a pivotal role throughout the tournament, showcasing her versatility and composure as Nigeria lifted their record-extending 10th WAFCON title.
