Fulham Football Club celebrated Nigerian Independence Day in style today, hosting a special event for players and staff at their Motspur Park training ground.

The club, which currently boasts a strong Nigerian connection through stars like Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, and Samuel Chukwueze, organised a vibrant gathering complete with traditional Nigerian food, music, and cultural displays.

Staff members joined players in donning green-and-white accessories — the colours of the Nigerian flag — while Afrobeats music played throughout the venue.
