Nigerian football star, Alex Iwobi made a notable appearance at Davido’s exclusive listening party for his fifth studio album, 5IVE, held in the UK.
The event, which showcased Davido’s latest musical offerings, also highlighted Iwobi’s burgeoning interest in the music industry.
Davido, a prominent figure in Afrobeats, captivated attendees with performances from 5IVE, an album featuring collaborations with artists like Omah Lay, Victoria Monét, and Odumodublvck. The album, recorded between 2023 and 2025, reflects Davido’s global musical influences.
Iwobi’s presence at the listening party underscores his evolving journey into music. Known for his football prowess, the Fulham midfielder has recently ventured into the music scene, releasing singles like “Don’t Shoot” and “What’s Luv?”.
His collaboration with rapper Odumodublvck on another track titled ‘Hop Out’ further cements his commitment to this new path.
