Alex Iwobi delivered a standout performance as Fulham secured a 3–1 comeback win over Brentford in a thrilling West London derby at Craven Cottage on Saturday night.
The Nigerian international scored the equaliser and provided an assist, playing a pivotal role in Marco Silva’s side’s first back-to-back Premier League victories since February.
Brentford struck first in the 20th minute through Mikkel Damsgaard, who capitalised on a defensive error. However, Fulham responded swiftly.
In the 38th minute, Iwobi latched onto a Rodrigo Muniz pass to fire home the equaliser. Just two minutes later, Harry Wilson put Fulham ahead, continuing his impressive scoring form in the derby.

The second half saw Brentford’s Ethan Pinnock inadvertently score an own goal in the 50th minute, sealing Fulham’s victory. Despite Brentford’s efforts, including a late substitution involving former Fulham player Fabio Carvalho, they couldn’t find a way back into the game.
Fulham’s win lifts them to 11th place in the Premier League standings, while Brentford remain just behind them.
