YouTuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul has announced his engagement to Dutch speedskating champion, Jutta Leerdam.
The couple shared their joyous news on social media, with Paul posting a series of romantic photos captioned, “We’re engaged 🕊️ we can’t wait to spend forever together”.
The proposal took place on a beautifully adorned balcony overlooking a serene waterfront. The setting featured white petals, flowers, and candles, creating an intimate atmosphere for the special moment.
Paul, dressed in white, knelt on one knee as he presented Leerdam with a stunning oval diamond ring flanked by two smaller stones.
The couple’s relationship became public in March 2023 after they were spotted together in Miami. Since then, they have been supportive of each other’s careers.
Paul recently attended the World Speed Skating Championships in Norway to cheer on Leerdam, where she secured her seventh world championship title.
The engagement has been met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and fellow celebrities alike. Notable figures such as gymnast Livvy Dunne, former boxing opponent Tyron Woodley, Paul’s brother Logan Paul, and former cruiserweight world champion Lawrence Okolie have all extended their well-wishes to the couple.
