Dominik Szoboszlai, the 24-year-old Hungarian midfielder for Liverpool, has married his fiancée, Borka Buzsik, in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family.
The couple, who announced their engagement in October 2024, exchanged vows in Szoboszlai’s hometown of Székesfehérvár, Hungary.
Borka, a marketing and public relations specialist for the Hungarian company Toman Diet, graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
The couple’s relationship became public in mid-2024, and they have since shared glimpses of their life together on social media, including their engagement announcement, which featured the caption, “She said Yes!” accompanied by a photo of Borka wearing her engagement ring.
The wedding was an intimate affair, reflecting the couple’s preference for privacy regarding their personal lives. Szoboszlai’s teammates and close friends were in attendance to celebrate the occasion.
