Sunday Oloruntoba equalized for the home side a few minutes after Abia Warriors took the lead.
The momentum switched to Lobi Stars as they applied more pressure on Imama Amapakabo’s men immediately after the equalier.
Eventually, the pressure paid off as a player from Abia Warriors put the ball into his own net to give Lobi Stars the lead.
Lobi Stars added the third goal in added time to wrap up the win as they movwd out of the drop zone.
The Pride of Benue are now 16th on the log with 12 points after 11 matches.
