Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has reportedly turned down approaches from three Saudi Arabian clubs, despite being offered a staggering annual salary of £35m.
The Saudi Pro League clubs were willing to pay Rashford £675,000 per week, but the England international is holding out for a move to boost his profile and help him regain his place in the national team.
Rashford’s desire to return to the England squad under new boss Thomas Tuchel is central to his decision-making.
According to the report, the forward is working hard to force his way back into Manchester United’s starting lineup under new head coach Ruben Amorim, who has dropped him for four consecutive matchday squads.
However, Manchester United are facing financial constraints and need to sell players before spending in the January transfer window, so Rashford’s future at the club remains uncertain.
The Red Devils are open to considering offers for the forward, including loan moves that would help alleviate his significant wages of over £300,000 per week.
