Terem Moffi has taken to social media to celebrate Nigeria’s emphatic victory over Benin, posting a photo with the goalscorers, Victor Osimhen and Frank Onyeka shortly after the final whistle.
The Super Eagles put on a dominant display earlier today, defeating Benin 4–0 in their final Group C match of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Osimhen was the star of the game, scoring a superb hat-trick and Onyeka added the fourth goal in stoppage time, capping off the team’s best performance of the campaign.
Moffi, who came on as a second-half substitute, joined the celebrations by sharing a post-match image featuring himself, Osimhen and Onyeka in high spirits. The photo quickly drew reactions from fans.
Although Nigeria finished the group stage strongly, they narrowly missed out on automatic qualification. South Africa secured the top spot with their win over Rwanda, meaning the Super Eagles will now prepare for the playoffs.
