Reigning African Footballer of the Year, Ademola Lookman yesterday Friday May 30th, presented his award to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu.

Ademola Lookman, accompanied by some of his family members met with Governor Sanwoolu at the State House in Marina.

Governor Sanwoolu shared pictures of him and Lookman on his X feed as he hailed the Super Eagles forward for his resilience en route to achieving success.

Today, I received Ademola Lookman @Alookman_, our 2024 CAF Player of the Year, at Lagos House, Marina.

His journey is a powerful reminder of how far passion, discipline, and hard work can take you. He is focused, grounded, and fully aware of the responsibility he carries as a role model for millions of young Nigerians.

Thank you, Ademola, for flying the Nigerian flag high and showing the world what we’re made of.

Ademola Lookman also visited President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his residence in Lagos as he presented his award to him.
