The Super Eagles’ camp in Uyo has officially opened with 15 players already on ground as preparations begin for Nigeria’s upcoming international fixtures.
Those who have arrived include Frank Onyeka, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Ola Aina, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Moses Simon, Chidozie Awaziem, Adebayo Adeleye, Benjamin Fredericks, William Troost-Ekong, Amas Obasogie, Felix Agu, and Raphael Onyedika.
The early arrivals are expected to begin light training sessions as they await the rest of the squad, who are scheduled to join in the coming days. The technical crew will then step up preparations once the camp reaches full strength.
The Super Eagles are based in Uyo as part of their build-up to their forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
