In added time of the first half, Okwuchukwu—who had earlier scored Nigeria’s lone goal in their 1-3 loss to Germany on Wednesday night—assisted Flourish Sabastine.

Four minutes into extra time, Joy Igbokwe scored the game’s winning goal, sending the Falconets into the Round of 16.

With the win, Nigeria tied Germany with six points in Group D but are in second place based on goal differential.

The Falconets now have to wait until the group stage is over to find out who they will face in the knockout stage.
