Matchday 13 of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) concluded on Sunday with four fiercely contested games played at various venues.

Shooting Stars continued their impressive home form with a hard-fought victory over Bayelsa United at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan courtesy of a lone goal scored by Anthony Okachi.

This victory extends 3SC’s unbeaten run at home while Bayelsa United’s defeat sees them drop into the relegation zone.

In other games, Katsina United defeated Remo Stars 2-0 at the Mohammed Dikko Stadium with Azeez Falodu and Dawi Boslam scoring the goals that secured the win.

It was a home win for Plateau United in Jos as they defeated Nasarawa United 2-0.
