Nuno Espirito Santo, Chris Wood scoop Premier League monthly awards for October

Nottingham Forest have two winners; Nuno Espirito Santo and Chris Wood in the October edition of the Premier League monthly awards. 

Nuno Espirito Santo won the Premier League Manager of the Month award as he led Nottingham Forest to 3 wins out of 4 matches in October.

The Tricky Trees started October with a one-all draw away at Chelsea before beating Crystal Palace 1 nil.

Nottingham Forest ended the month on an impressive note as they thrashed Leicester City 3-1 at the King Power Stadium.

Chris Wood is the league’s Player of the Month after a brilliant display last month. The striker becomes the first Nottingham Forest and New Zealand player to win the award.
