Former Super Falcons striker and captain Desire Oparanozie has penned a note of appreciation to fans and well-wishers following the birth of her child.

Oparanozie announced the birth of her daughter via her Instagram page on November 11 with the caption,

“20 hours lack of sleep, worth it at the end of the day. God be praised.”

The former striker returned to her page to drop a note of thanks for all the goodwill messages she has received in the last few days.
