AFCON 2025
Despite having a staggering season with Galatasaray in the just-concluded football season, Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen did not make it to the ESPNFC list of top 10 strikers in the world for the 2024/2025 season.
Osimhen scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches as he led Galatasaray to their 25th Turkish League title and 19th Turkish Cup triumph, where he scored a brace in the final against Trabzonspor.
Victor Osimhen emerged as the top scorer in the league after he bagged 26 goals in 30 Turkey Super League matches.

Unfortunately, the striker fell short by two places off ESPNFC’s top 10 strikers for the 2024/2025 football season.
