Paris Saint-Germain inched closer to an unbeaten Ligue 1 season with a narrow win over Le Havre, while Marseille reignited their European hopes by thrashing relegated Montpellier.
Elsewhere, Monaco were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Strasbourg, halting their momentum in the race for a top-two finish.
The weekend’s action proved decisive at both ends of the table, with drama unfolding in the title race, European chase, and relegation scrap.
Paris Saint-Germain 2–1 Le Havre
Paris Saint-Germain edged past Le Havre 2-1 in Ligue 1, extending their unbeaten run against the visitors this century to nine games.
Luis Enrique’s rotated side struck early in each half, with 19-year-old Désiré Doué impressively opening the scoring in the 8th minute. Despite some pressure from Le Havre, PSG controlled much of the match.

After halftime, Gonçalo Ramos doubled PSG’s lead following slick team play, but Le Havre responded as Issa Soumaré headed in from a corner.
Though the visitors pushed for an equalizer, PSG held firm, helped by key saves from Matvey Safonov and the return of Presnel Kimpembe to the Parc des Princes.
The win puts PSG on track for an unbeaten season, while Le Havre remain in the relegation play-off spot.
Monaco 0–0 Strasbourg
AS Monaco and RC Strasbourg Alsace played out a goalless draw in a tightly contested Ligue 1 clash, ending Monaco’s six-game winning streak against Strasbourg.

Despite Monaco showing more attacking intent, both teams had solid defensive displays. Key moments included disallowed goals for both sides due to offside and standout performances from goalkeepers Đorđe Petrović and Philipp Köhn.
Monaco remained second in the table, while Strasbourg climbed to fifth with their second consecutive draw.
Marseille 5–1 Montpellier
Olympique de Marseille secured a dominant 5-1 victory over Montpellier, earning just their second win in six Ligue 1 games and boosting their hopes of a Champions League spot.
Mason Greenwood opened the scoring with a penalty after Ulisses Garcia was fouled. Despite dominating possession, Marseille couldn’t add to their lead before halftime but limited Montpellier to minimal chances.
The hosts stepped up after the break, with Amine Gouiri scoring from close range before Greenwood added his second.
Jonathan Rowe and Adrien Rabiot completed the rout, with Montpellier grabbing a late consolation through Lucas Mincarelli.
The loss confirms Montpellier’s relegation after 16 years in Ligue 1.
