Real Madrid have reportedly joined the race to sign Manchester United’s Kobbie Mainoo, according to the Daily Mail.
The Spanish giants are said to be monitoring the midfielder’s situation at Old Trafford, with their LaLiga rivals, Atletico Madrid, also showing interest in the England international.

Mainoo, 20, could depart Manchester United before the summer transfer window closes next week, seeking more consistent playing time elsewhere. He remained an unused substitute in United’s opening Premier League games against Arsenal and Fulham.
In a separate development, Real Madrid’s Rodrygo is pushing for a move away this summer, per The Athletic. The 24-year-old Brazilian winger has instructed his agents, Pini Zahavi and Kia Joorabchian, to explore transfer options.
Rodrygo, linked with Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool throughout the summer, was recently omitted from Brazil’s squad for World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Chile due to insufficient match fitness.
Under Real Madrid’s manager Xabi Alonso, Rodrygo has yet to complete a full 90-minute match this season.
