Super Falcons forward Rinsola Babajide paid a tribute to late Liverpool striker Diogo Jota after scoring her first WAFCON goal.
Rinsola Babajide scored the second goal in Super Falcons 3-0 win over Tunisia on Sunday evening at the Stade Larbi Zouli in Casablanca.
Babajide recreated Diogo Jota’s famous game pad celebration after she powered a left-footed strike in the bottom corner.

Diogo Jota, 28 unfortunately passed away alongside his brother Andre Silva in a fatal car crash on Friday morning in Zamora, Spain.
Recall, Babajide spent for season at Liverpool 2018-2022) and she wore jersey number 20 – same number as Jota during her stint at Merseyside.
Babajide was named Liverpool’s Women’s Player of the Season for the 2019/2020 football season.
