The Super Eagles defender scored a brace in the comfortable win. Plumptre scored the fifth and sixth goal on the night.
Meanwhile, Francesca Ordega also found the back of the net. The former CSKA Moscow winger scored fourth goal for Al-Ittihad on the night.
Al-Ittihad are currently seventh on the log with 25 points after 18 games.
