Here are the top five fastest goals in the competition’s history:

 

1. Roy Makaay – 10.12 seconds

On March 7, 2007, during a Round of 16 match, Bayern Munich’s Roy Makaay scored against Real Madrid just 10.12 seconds after kickoff. This goal remains the fastest in Champions League history.

Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero netted a goal against Manchester United on October 1, 1997, merely 20.12 seconds into the match.

 

5. Clarence Seedorf – 21.06 seconds

AC Milan’s Clarence Seedorf scored against Schalke 04 on September 28, 2005, just 21.06 seconds after the game commenced.
