The Brazilian signed a five-year contract with City in 2021 and will enter the final 12 months of that contract in June.
Last year, Ederson attracted interest from the Saudi Pro League, and reportedly received an offer of a £900,000-a-week deal.
Fenerbahce have also been linked with a move for Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic as Mourinho aims to build a team capable of challenging Galatasaray’s dominance in the Turkish league.
Galatasaray added Nigerian goal-machine Victor Osimhen to their ranks last summer, and Mourinho will need to make some significant signings if he hopes to close the gap.
