American boxer, Deontay Wilder has revealed he is open to a bout between him and Cameroonian boxer, Francis Ngannou.
In a conversation with TMZ Sports, he is ready to start negotiations to get into the ring against Ngannou who has lost in his two fights against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
Wilder also expressed his respect for Ngannou, and sent him a message of condolence for the recent death of his young son.
He said, “Since I’ve been off and stuff, there’s been a lot of offers coming in, a lot of things, different countries and stuff like that.
“Even with Francis, what’s up brother, I hope everything is going good for you man, I’m sorry for your loss.
“I don’t know, I can only imagine what it’s like to lose a child man, I never hope to even feel that feeling of it. I hope life is going beautifully for you bro.”
“Yeah, that’s a conversation I’m still looking to get in there in the mix and talk about, you know?”
The Bronze Bomber will be looking to get back to winning ways after he was recently knocked out by Zhilei Zhang in June 2024.
