France have progreseed into the quarter-finals of the ongoing Women Euro after a comprehensive win over Wales.
The French Ladies conceded their first goal of the tournament but put four past Wales on Wednesday evening in St. Gallen.
Clara Mateo put France ahead in the eighth minute but Wales Jessica Fishlock unlocked the defence of the French ladies to restore parity.
However, Lyon forward Kadidiatiu Dianai restored the lead from the penalty spot in added time of the first half.
Amel Majri and Grace Greyoro goy on the scoresheet to give the tournament favorites a 4-1 win.
England dismantle Netherlands to record furst win

Defending champions England put their loss to France in their opening game behind them as they bounced back against the Netherlands.
The English ladies didn’t hold back against the former champions as they put four unreplied goals past them.
Chelsea forward Lauren James scored the first goal of the match in the 22nd minute to put England ahead.
Georgia Stanway doubled the lead in the second minute of added time as Sabrina Weigman’s ladies went into the break with a 2-0 lead.
Alessia Russo’s goal was ruled for offside six minutes after the restart but Lauren James scored nine minute later to bag her brace on the night.
Manchester United’s Ella Toone got on the scoresheet in the 67th minute as England got their first win of the competition with a 4-0 win.
