The Super Eagles’ hotel in Rabat ahead of the FIFA World Cup playoffs continues to attract reactions from fans online after the video Alex Iwobi posted online.
Iwobi shared scenes around the hotel from his room, which suggest that the Rive Hotel is substandard compared to some of the luxurious hotels in Morocco’s capital.
The Nigeria Football Federation have received severe criticisms from fans online for subjecting the three-time African champions to such poor conditions ahead of the playoffs.
However, compared to where the Super Eagles are camped, Cameroon and DR Congo are staying in arguably the best hotels in the city.
While Cameroon are camped at the Amphitrite Hotel, DR Congo – their opponents in the playoffs are staying at the Conrad Hotel Arzana.
