Voting Process

An international jury of journalists selects the winner. Each juror chooses ten players, awarding points as follows:

1st place: 15 points
2nd place: 12 points
3rd place: 10 points
…
10th place: 1 point

The player with the most points wins. In a tie, the number of first-place votes determines the winner.
