Manchester United and Chelsea played out a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford on Sunday evening, as Ruud Van Nistelrooy took charge of his first league game as interim boss.
In a game of fine margins, Bruno Fernandes’ penalty was canceled out by a beautiful Moises Caicedo strike.

Andre Onana: 6/10 – Distribution put teammates under pressure at times, and could do nothing about the goal
Diogo Dalot: 6/10 – Had a tough time keeping Neto under wrap, but grew as the game went on.
Matthijs de Ligt: 7/10 – Solid enough defensively, and kept Jackson quiet.
Lisandro Martinez: 7/10 – Great defensive work, read the game well but picked up a needless booking.
Noussair Mazraoui: 8/10 – Snapped into tackles well, and was one of United’s better performers.
Casemiro: 7/10 – Brilliant pass to find Hojlund for United’s penalty. Composed throughout.
Manuel Ugarte: 4/10 – Booked in the first half, had another disappointing outing.
Marcus Rashford: 5/10 – Cut a frustrated figure for most of the game, and missed a good chance.
Bruno Fernandes: 7/10 – Scored the penalty kick, and was dangerous throughout.
Alejandro Garnacho: 6/10 – Smashed a decent chance over late on
Rasmus Hojlund: 7/10 – Ran himself into the ground, and won the penalty for his side.

Robert Sanchez: 4/10 – Bad and unnecessary mistake to take down Hojlund for the penalty kick.
Malo Gusto: 4/10 – Gave the ball away too much, overall sloppy performance.
Wesley Fofana: 6/10 – Enjoyed a physical battle with Rasmus Hojlund and was mostly solid.
Levi Colwill: 6/10 – Solid, didn’t give Hojlund much to feed on.
Reece James: 8/10 – Great performance, defensively sound.
Moises Caicedo: 9/10 – Exceptional at the heart of midfield and scored a stunning volley.
Romeo Lavia: 6/10 – Really good, formed a great partnership with Caicedo before losing steam.
Noni Madueke: 6/10 – Unlucky not to score. Was full of energy throughout.
Cole Palmer: 7/10 – Got better as the game went on, and reminded us of his brilliance as Chelsea pushed for a winner.
Pedro Neto: 6/10 – Started brightly, but faded as the game went on.
Nicolas Jackson: 5/10 – Quiet game, got very little service and was well marshaled by United’s defenders.
