Nigerian winger, Samuel Chukwueze was in action as his side drew 3-3 away to Cagliari on Saturday night.
The hosts took an early lead in the second minute through Nicola Zortea’s header before Rafa Leao’s brace gave Milan the lead before halftime.
Chukwueze, who had an opportunity to score early in the first half, was replaced by Ruben Loftus-Cheek after 65 minutes. That did not stop Milan from conceding a late goal to ensure that the points were shared.
Chukwueze will set his sights on the international break as he has been called up to the Nigerian national team squad for the AFCON qualifying matches against Benin Republic and Rwanda.
