Bayern Munich recorded an important 1-0 win against PSG in Champions League on Wednesday night.
The hosts took the lead in the 38th minute after a failed punch from Kimmich’s corner fell for Kim Min Jae who headed home.
Shortly after the hour mark, Ousmane Dembele was given his marching orders after he was shown a second yellow for his challenge on Alphonso Davies having been booked for dissent in the first half.
Both sides had other chances but Bayern held on for their seventh consecutive win in all competitions, while keeping a clean sheet in all seven matches.
The win has placed Vincent Komapny’s side within reaching distance of the automatic qualification places with PSG, without a win in their last four Champions League matches, struggle in the playoff spots.
