Galatasaray coach Orkan Buruk has praised Victor Osimhen’s overall contribution to the team, highlighting that his value goes beyond his impressive goal-scoring record.
Since joining on loan, Osimhen has been instrumental in Galatasaray’s success, scoring nine goals and providing five assists in twelve appearances.
Coach Buruk emphasized that Osimhen’s selflessness and willingness to help his teammates have been key factors in the team’s success.
“Osimhen works hard, scores, assists. He is in great form, and doing very well. He makes important scoring contributions both in Turkey and Europe,” Buruk said.
However, Buruk noted that Osimhen’s true value lies in his team-first mentality.
“His first characteristic is that he plays for the team, more than goals and assists.
“Osimhen makes an effort for the team. Trying to make his teammate score the goal he can score is very important and valuable.
“When we display this mentality as a team, no one can stand in front of Galatasaray.”
