La Liga served up goals and drama on Sunday as Barcelona ran riot at home, Osasuna impressed in front of their fans, while Levante and Betis shared the spoils and Celta Vigo were held by Girona.
At the Estadi Johan Cruyff, Barcelona produced a dazzling attacking display to thrash Valencia 6-0. Fermín López set the tone with a first-half opener before adding his second just after the restart.

Raphinha struck twice in quick succession to put the contest beyond doubt, and veteran striker Robert Lewandowski rounded off the rout with a late brace.
The emphatic win boosted Barcelona’s goal difference and sent a warning shot to their rivals ahead of the Champions League. Valencia, meanwhile, struggled to cope and created little in response.
In Pamplona, Osasuna proved clinical in a 2-0 victory over Rayo Vallecano. Raúl gave the hosts an early lead inside 15 minutes, and despite Rayo enjoying periods of possession, they could not break through Osasuna’s compact backline. Substitute Benito sealed the win in the 77th minute to secure Osasuna’s second victory of the campaign.
Elsewhere, Levante and Real Betis played out an entertaining 2-2 draw. Both sides exchanged goals in a fast-paced encounter that kept fans on edge until the final whistle.

The result leaves Betis frustrated after twice going ahead but unable to close out the match, while Levante showed resilience to fight back.
At Balaídos, Celta Vigo and Girona settled for a 1-1 draw in a cagey contest. The hosts had the better of the chances but Girona’s defensive organisation limited them, and the visitors took advantage of their opportunities to leave with a valuable point.
The results mean Barcelona climb higher in the table with a huge boost to their goal difference, Osasuna move closer to the European places, while Levante and Betis remain mid-table. Girona continue to impress with another point on the road, as Celta’s search for consistency goes on.
