Kelechi Iheanacho

The Nigerian forward scored the winning goals against Hibernian and Motherwell en route to the final game of the season against Hearts.

Iheanacho came on as a second-half substitute as the hosts sealed a 3-1 victory to seal their fifth consecutive title.

Hearts came into the match looking to win their first title in over five and a half decades at Celtic Park.

Hearts needed just a point to make history after an impressive season and took the lead a few minutes before the break.
