Kelechi Iheanacho

The Nigerian forward scored the winning goals against Hibernian and Motherwell en route to the final game of the season against Hearts.

Iheanacho came on as a second-half substitute as the hosts sealed a 3-1 victory to seal their fifth consecutive title.

Hearts came into the match looking to win their first title in over five and a half decades at Celtic Park.

Hearts needed just a point to make history after an impressive season and took the lead a few minutes before the break.

Lawrence Shankland put the visitors ahead in the 43rd minute but the lead lasted for three minutes as Arne Engels restored parity via the penalty spot.

Hearts played with grit and passion as they held Celtic to a 1-1 until the 87th minute as Diazen Maeda scored to change the scoreline.
