EPL : MANCHESTER UNITED VS LIVERPOOL
Mohamed Salah scored a hattrick against Manchester United in a one sided affair where Liverpool walloped Ole’s men 5:0. Naby Keita scored again and assisted one of Salah’s goal before he was injured by Paul Pogba. Salah’s 3 goals surpassed Drogba’s record for the African all time top scorer in the Premier League. Now Salah is leading the log for the top scorers in the league currently with 10 goals.
EVERTON VS WATFORD :
Nigerian international Dennis Bonaventure scored Watford’s 5th goal in his team’s away win to Everton which they came from behind to win 5:2. Saturdays game against Everton was his 3rd goal of the season in the EPL.
BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION VS MANCHESTER CITY :
Rihad Mayrez had a cameo and scored City’s fourth goal in a 4:1 victory over the in form Brighton. Mayrez is now Manchester City’s top scorer in 2021 in all competitions. Saturday’s goal made it his second for the season in EPL.
GERMANY : STUTTGART VS UNION BERLIN
Taiwo Awoniyi registered his 7th goal for the season in 9 games in a 1:1 draw against Stuttgart. The Nigerian international is in fine form scoring 3 in his last 3 games.
SERIA A : BOLOGNA VS AC MILAN
Ismael Bannecer scored Milan’s 3rd goal in an ill-tempered encounter that had two red cards and AC Milan winning 4:2 away to Bologna. This is the Algerians first goal for the season and it was a screamer from outside the box.
In the same game Musa Barrow scored a goal and gave an assist for Bologna. The Gambian international scored his 4th goal of the Seria A season and had a fantastic game but his goal and assist could not save his team from losing.
SASSUOLO VS VENEZIA
Dennis Okereke scored his team’s only goal in their 3:1 away loss to Sassuolo. This is his second for the season and ends his five games goal drought.
RUSSIA :
Chidera Ejuke scored in his team’s 3:1 win over Krylya Sovetov to record his 4th goal in the Russian Premier league. He scored his team’s first goal in a comfortable victory and that makes it his fourth for the season.
