Stanley Nwabali took to his Instagram story to announce the death of his father hours after Super Eagles one-all draw against Benin Republic.
Nwabali wrote “RIP Dad, Rest in Heaven” on his Instagram story.

The Chippa United goalkeeper didn’t reveal the nature of his father’s death.
Stanley Nwabali was in goal when the Super Eagles secured qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations an hour before the match against Benin Republic on Thursday.
