Chukwueze

Samuel Chukwueze was one of the best players on the night as AC Milan annihilated Sassuolo at San Siro in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals.

The Nigerian winger was a handful for the defense of the visitors as he bagged a brace in the opening 21 minutes of the match.

Chukwueze scored the first goal of the match on the twelfth minute as tapped the ball home from a lucky rebound that fell to him.

Tijjani Reijnders doubled the lead for the home side moments later as he powered a ferocious shot from range into left comer of goal.

The first half ended 4-0 in favour of the home side with Chukwueze being arguably one of the beat players on the pitch.

However, the 25-year-old had quite a quiet performance in the second half as AC Milan extended their goals by two.

His brace on the night means he has now scored 3 goals and an assist in 17 matches for AC Milan this season.

The visitors got a consolation goal just before the hour mark via Samuele Mulatierri powerful strike from the edge of the box.

Davide Calabria and former Chelsea and FC Roma striker Tammy Abraham got on the scoresheet as AC Milan ran riot against Sassuolo.
