Coco Gauff is a French Open Grand Slam winner for the first time.
The American tennis star came from a set down to defeat world number number 1 in an interesting final in Paris on Saturday afternoon.
Aryna Sabalenka, looking to win her first Roland Garros title rook the first set after a tie break. It was quite a dramatic as both ladies only won their serve twice each.
Sabalenka eventually won the tie break 7-6(7-5) to take the first set.

However, Gauff brushed Sabalenka aside on the second set as the Belarusian lost three of serves. Coco Guaff took advantage with 6-2 win.
In the deciding set, Sabalenka continued to struggle with wining her serves but put up a better performance than the second set.
Unfortunately, Coco Gauff had more momentum on her side as he broke Sabalenka to take a 4-3 lead.
The American took a 5-3 lead leaving her with the advantage to serve for the championship.
Sabalenka closed the gap by winning her serve but Coco Guaff didn’t take chances as he wrapped it with a 6-4 win to win her first Roland Garros title and her second career title.
She becomes the first American to win the clay court major since Serena Williams a decade ago.
Coco Gauff also becomes the youngest player to win the women’s singles title ay Roland Garros and US Open since Serena Williams in 2002.
