Nigerian forward, Edna Imade continued her impressive scoring run with a brilliant brace as Real Sociedad Women cruised to a 3–0 victory away to Eibar in Sunday’s Liga F fixture.
The 24-year-old striker opened the scoring early in the second half, calmly converting from the penalty spot to give Sociedad a deserved lead.
She doubled her tally minutes later with a precise header, putting the visitors firmly in control. Claire Lavogeze added a late third to seal a comfortable win at Ipurua.

Imade’s double takes her tally to six goals in six league matches this season, extending her scoring streak to five consecutive games. Her sharp form has been pivotal in Real Sociedad’s strong start to the campaign, as the Basque side continue to push among the top contenders in the Spanish top flight.
Manager Natalia Arroyo praised Imade’s consistency and work rate after the game, noting her growing influence in the squad.
With this latest victory, Real Sociedad maintain their momentum heading into a crucial stretch of fixtures, while Imade’s red-hot form further strengthens her case for a regular spot in Nigeria’s national team setup.
