Manchester City superstar Erling Haaland is reportedly set to sign a new Manchester City contract that will make him the highest-paid player in the Premier League.
Erling Haaland’s sensational form since joining Manchester City in 2022 has made him arguably the world’s best center-forward.
The 24-year-old Norwegian striker has scored an astonishing 105 goals in just 114 games, including 12 goals in 11 Premier League games this season.
As a result, Haaland is reportedly set to sign a new deal with Manchester City, replacing his existing contract that expires in 2027.
The fresh terms will reportedly make him the Premier League’s highest earner, taking his weekly wage to a reported £500,000.
Officials from the club recently met Haaland’s family and his agent Rafaela Pimenta and held positive talks over the new deal.
The new contract is expected to include a release clause, although the exact fee remains unknown.
