Hakim Ziyech has revealed he is desperate to leave Turkish giants Galatasaray.

Hakim Ziyech has expressed his desire to leave Galatasaray in January, just a year and a half after joining the club.

The Morocco international arrived in Turkey just last year after his departure from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

In a surprising outburst, Ziyech criticized Galatasaray’s manager Okan Buruk, telling Turkish journalist Haluk Yurekli:

“Galatasaray is over for me. I don’t want to play here anymore. I’m leaving in January.

“I’ve never seen a coach of such a low level. I don’t care that much… I want to be left alone, no matter what happens. I regret coming here.”

Ziyech had an impressive debut season with Galatasaray, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in 23 appearances.

However, his path to the starting lineup has been blocked this season by the likes of Victor Osimhen and Michy Batshuayi, as well as the continued impressive form of Dries Mertens.
