Ikorodu City secured the only win on the road on matchday 12 of the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The Oga Boys secured maximum points and a clean sheet in a 2-0 victory over Warri Wolves on Sunday evening.

Tomisin Adebayo out Ikorodu City ahead with a header after 19 minutes of action from a fine cross into the box by Folarin Temitope.

Goodluck Anuba came off the bench to double Ikorodu City’s lead a few minutes before the break as he rifled a ball headed down by Aramula into the back of the net.

The Oga Boys withstood the pressure from the host in the second half as they sealed a famous win over Warri Wolves away from home.

Meanwhile, Nasarawa United remained on top of the league despite dropping points at home to. kwara United.
