Inter Miami CF have unveiled a historic change to their Academy program, announcing that all youth teams will wear jerseys featuring Lionel Messi’s iconic logo from the 2025–26 season.
The redesigned kits will come in the club’s signature pink and black, with Messi’s mark replacing the traditional Adidas logo on the chest. This makes Inter Miami the first academy in the world to wear Messi-branded shirts, a move that blends player development with the inspiration of the game’s greatest figure.
The announcement follows last year’s launch of the “Promise Kit,” which aligned the Academy’s look with that of the First Team to symbolize continuity and ambition. By adding Messi’s brand, the club says the kits now represent “a symbol that inspires,” encouraging young players to dream big while carrying the legacy of football’s most celebrated star.
“This is a one-of-a-kind design, meant to remind every Academy player of the excellence they are striving toward,” the club said in a statement.
Fans and analysts alike have praised the decision, noting that Messi’s influence at Inter Miami now extends well beyond the pitch, shaping not just the First Team but also the next generation of talent.
The Messi-branded “Promise Kit” will debut when Inter Miami Academy teams return to action this fall, serving as a daily reminder of the standards set by the man many consider the greatest of all time.
