LeBron James responded indirectly through an Instagram post featuring a photo of himself and Savannah, captioned, “Kings don’t concern themselves with the opinion of peasants. Where to next, Queen? Let’s get it!”
This statement is widely interpreted as a dignified rebuttal to Gates’ unsolicited critique.
Savannah James also appeared to address the situation subtly by sharing a clip of Nicki Minaj saying, “Um, chile, anyways so,” on her Instagram Story, signaling her disregard for Gates’ comments.
The Jameses, high school sweethearts from Akron, Ohio, have been together since their teenage years and share three children.
Their longstanding relationship and mutual support continue to be evident, with LeBron’s recent post reinforcing his admiration and respect for Savannah amidst external criticisms.
