Napoli ground out a narrow 1–0 win away to Lecce, capitalising on a tight contest in which the hosts failed to take their chances.
Lecce squandered a major opportunity when Francesco Camarda saw his penalty saved by Vanja Milinković-Savić, a moment that proved decisive. Napoli eventually broke through in the second half when André-Frank Zambo Anguissa headed in the winner, giving the champions a valuable three points.

Lecce pushed late on but lacked precision in the final third, while Napoli’s defensive organisation ensured the single goal was enough to secure victory. The result keeps Napoli clear at the top of Serie A.
In Bergamo, Atalanta and AC Milan shared the points in a 1–1 draw. Milan struck almost immediately, going ahead after just four minutes when Samuele Ricci turned in from a corner situation.
The hosts responded well, with Ademola Lookman finishing powerfully just after the half-hour to level the match. The second half featured intent from both sides, but despite energetic forward play and several promising situations, neither team could find a winner.
The draw leaves Milan frustrated after a bright start, while Atalanta continued their unbeaten run but again fell short of converting pressure into victory.
