Nigerian right-back, Michelle Alozie has earned a nomination to the 2025 FIFPRO Women’s World 11, underscoring her rise on the global stage of women’s football.
According to FIFPRO’s official announcement on 27 October 2025, the shortlist comprises 26 players, chosen exclusively by fellow professional footballers, from around 68 countries with over 26,000 votes cast.
Alozie, who plays for the Houston Dash in the NWSL and represents the Super Falcons of Nigeria internationally, occupies one of the eight defender slots on the shortlist.
Her inclusion places her alongside some of the most established names in the game — a meaningful recognition of her performances during the 2024-25 season.

The official selection process continues: while the list of finalists is now public, the final eleven — comprising one goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards (plus one additional outfield player) — will be revealed on Monday, 3 November 2025.
