Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah believes this could be his “best chance” to win the Ballon d’Or, thanks to his stellar season that helped Arne Slot’s team secure the Premier League title.
Salah has racked up an impressive 28 goals and 18 assists in the league, putting him in pole position for the Golden Boot.

The 32-year-old, who signed a two-year contract extension with Liverpool in April, is among the frontrunners for the Ballon d’Or, with the winner to be announced at a ceremony in Paris on September 22.
“I would say I never had a season like this and winning big trophies, so I would say this is my best chance to get it right now while I’m at the club because it’s been a crazy year, a crazy season with a trophy,” Salah told Sky Sports.
“It’s given me a good chance.”
To claim the prestigious award, which recognizes exceptional performance over the previous season, Salah will need to outshine competitors like Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal and Paris Saint-Germain’s Ousmane Dembélé.
